*Tips*: If you cannot find your driver, please go to your flight arrival terminal information counter or hotel lobby and ask for help to call the local operator. Local operator hotline is stated on the voucher.
Arrival Transfers
Please state your arrival date and flight number upon check out.
For Meet and Greet Service.The driver will be waiting at the exit gate closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it. If you do not see your driver, please proceed to the information counter at the terminal you arrived at or contact the operator’s hotline.
For arrival transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour 15 minutes from actual flight landing time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or inform them of the delay. After the free waiting time. The driver has the right to charge you $10 SGD per 15 min block.
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered as a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
Departure Transfers
Location: Hotels in Singapore
Please state your hotel address and preferred pick up date and time.
Please provide ample time for hotel pick ups (at least 4 hours before your departure time)
For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator to inform them of the delay. The driver has the right to charge you $10 SGD per 15 min block after the schedule pick up time.
If you are uncontactable after the schedule pick up time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
Surcharge:Midnight
A midnight surcharge of $15 SGD applies for any transfers departing or arriving between 11:00pm-7:00am.
Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of $15 SGD, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Child Seat
As per Singapore Law, anyone below the height of 135cm must be secured when riding a car either with a child seat appropriate for their height and weight or use a booster seat to supplement the seat belt.
If your child is below the height of 135cm, please add on the child seat upon checkout.
During Promotion period, First child seat, booster (4-7yrs) free. Extra child seat, booster is chargeable at $15 SGD per unit. Baby seat (0-3yrs) is chargeable at $20 SGD per unit.
