For Airport arrivals, passengers can either choose to have a Meet and Greet service or a drive way pick up service.
For Meet and Greet, our drivers will be waiting for the passengers at the belt with a signage reflecting their names on it.
For drive way pick up, our drivers will liaise with the passengers and guide them to their pick up locations.
For Point to Point and Departures our drivers will get in touch with the passengers, a maximum of 24 hours before pick up. Drivers will also let the passengers know that they are on the way and when they are at the location as well.
Drop off will be at the passenger’s preferred drop off.
60 minutes complimentary waiting for all Airport arrivals.
15 minutes complimentary waiting time for all Departures and Point to Point pickups.
