Your experience involves a cooking demonstration in Rosaline’s kitchen designed for cooking instruction. Learn to cook some of the best Singaporean and Peranakan dishes from Rosaline’s family recipes, from dishes like beef rendang to her delicious nyonya laksa. You will then enjoy the meal with Rosaline as she regales you with stories about her experiences as an ex-banker, restaurateur, and a renowned cookbook author. After the meal if you are interested, you can also take a tour of her garden where she plants and harvests the organic herbs she uses for cooking.
