Departure waiting time is 15 minutes.Customer to ensure contact number given is reachable.In any case if the waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave hotel/residental and no refund will be given to customer.

If customer require driver to wait for them after arrival or departure time is up, it will be chargeable at $10 for every 15 minutes of waiting and cash to be paid directly to driver.
