- Please be informed that access to the SkyPark Observation now requires guests to utilize the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3. The new route entails exiting B at Bayfront MRT, taking the left escalator to ground level 1, and walking along the hotel exterior from tower 1 to tower 3. In cause of rain, guests should exit C to Mall B2M, proceed to HUGO BOSS, and then take the right escalator to Tower 3 for access to the Observation Deck.
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Check the official attraction website for operational timings on the day of your visit to avoid inconvenience.
- Please do not carry outside Food and Beverages.
- If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
